Biography

 

Sirwa Othman Hama Hama Rahim, also known as (Mehraban)

I was born in 1972 in Sulaimani. I completed my primary, secondary, and high school education in Iran. In 1998, I started my studies in the Department of Persian Language at Salahaddin University and graduated with a very good degree from the College of Arts in 2002. In 2013, I obtained my master's degree with an excellent grade from Tehran University in Iran and my doctorate with the same distinction from the same university. My general specialty is Persian language and literature, and my specific specialty is literature (mysticism). After graduating from the Language and Pedagogy Center, I received my degree and started teaching Persian to third-grade students in the Kurdish Language Department and Kurdology to first-grade students in the English and Turkish Language Departments.

Administrative Duties

In the Department of Persian Language, I served as a department employee. In the office of the dean of the college, I worked as the head of the office and managed secretarial tasks. In the rector's office, I held positions as head and secretary, as well as head of the Registration and Informatics Department, and coordinator. Additionally, based on the request of the Dean and Assistant Dean of the University of Languages, I was assigned the position of decision maker of the English Language Department. For many years, I was a member of the Final Examination Committee, the Control Committee, and the Departmental Committee. Currently, as Head of the College Library, I continue to serve my college with pride.
